This course is comprised of four key modules:

- Doing Business Overseas focuses on how to penetrate international markets. It provides frameworks and tools to assess market opportunities, develop market access strategies, implement the strategy, and grow the business.
- Assessment of Telecom Markets analyzes the telecom landscape and operations in countries around the world.
- Building a Winning Strategy is a customized discussion of a company's domestic realities and how it can orient its international strategy for future success.
