International Markets and Strategies

This course is comprised of four key modules:

  1. Global Telecom Landscape provides an overview of global trends relating to regulation, technology, markets, and organizational issues faced by operators and equipment manufacturers across the world.
  2. Doing Business Overseas focuses on how to penetrate international markets. It provides frameworks and tools to assess market opportunities, develop market access strategies, implement the strategy, and grow the business.
  3. Assessment of Telecom Markets analyzes the telecom landscape and operations in countries around the world.
  4. Building a Winning Strategy is a customized discussion of a company's domestic realities and how it can orient its international strategy for future success.
